Our AGM took place on Tuesday 23rd February 2016 at 7:45pm in the Two Rivers, Chepstow.  All members were invited to attend.

• All existing Committee members were co-opted to remain
• A brief discussion took place with the members who were present, on the role of the committee and the level of commitment required.
• No candidates came forward for the committee vacancy which remains vacant
• The remainder of the meeting covered possible new venues and events for the remainder of the year.
